    Question: I want to stop repeated billings/delete profile from the site?

    Solution:
    To cancel your billing subscription, please go to your Profile section, choose Profile options tag at the top and click on the “Billing” link. Once this is done, no more charges will follow.
    To delete your profile, please log in, go to your profile section and click on the “Remove profile” tag.

    Question: Why Netbanx does not accept my credit/debit card?
    Why Netbanx does not accept my credit/debit card?

    Solution: Netbanx payment system can decline credit/debit cards for a variety of reasons. One of them is strict security policy we have now. If your card has been declined please let us know the type of your card (e.g. Visa Electron etc.) and what says the error message.

    Solution: Payment may fail for various reasons. If you believe your card has been charged please forward us the confirmation email you must have received from Netbanx (copy and paste to our contact form) with a short description of your problem. The email will contain a transaction reference number by which we will be able to find your transaction in our database and sort the problem out ASAP.

    Solution: To delete your profile, please log in, go to your profile section and click on the “Remove profile” tag.

    Solution: You may retrieve your password using our “Forgotten password” service. You need only to type your username to the box and the system will send your password to the email provided within your profile.

    Question: I do not want to receive any more emails from you?

    Solution:

    To stop receiving emails from us, please turn the corresponding option off. Go to your Mail page, select Mail options tab and click on the Email Alerts link. You’ll be able to manage the Email alerts option then.
    You may also unsubscribe by clicking on the corresponding link at the bottom of the message.

    My picture has not been approved, what’s wrong with it?

    Solution:

    General rules
    NO photos containing children, email addresses, website urls, phone numbers, cartoons, logo's, pictures of personal possessions will be passed. We only want photos that contain the members themselves.

    Single male photos
    If a photo starts around the knees and finishes at least half way up the body it can be passed as a lone image on a profile. You MUST have at least one facial OR shoulders-to-knees photo on your profile to be able to upload cockshots. Photos showing cockshots will be passed ONLY if they are supported by the abovementioned images, but not on its own. 
    Photos containing a female will be passed for a single male profile only if she is NOT a primary focus point and her face is NOT visible.

    Single female photos
    Unlike on single male profiles, genital only images are allowed to be passed on single woman's profiles.

    Solution: This may happen because the page with your profile has been cached by Google and other search engines i.e. the info have been stored in their memory. Unfortunately we are unable to take further action and you will need to wait until Goggle crawls the site and removes the indexed pages.
